The Compliments Game

If you got to this page it means someone thought of you and wants you to be happier :)

If you want to become happier please take part in our simple scientifically proven exercise: 1. Set an alarm clock on your phone to come and visit this page daily for the next 21 days. 2. Use this page to send 1 positive email, 1 compliment or appreciation of gratitude to a friend of yours each day. It should be a different person each day. 3. By doing so you improve your happiness twice: by giving another person a gift and by helping him become happier. Both are scientifically proven to improve your happiness if you do it daily for the next 21 days. You can read more about it on the Harvard Business Review and MSN. To get started click here:

This exercise is brought to you by The Y55 happiness trainer, we really want to make you happier with more scientifically proven daily exercises – please help us help you. Contribute to our fundraising campaign right here.

Certainly happy to be here! :-)

I am very happy to be here and participate in this project. However I could not personalise the compliment e-mail. All I wanted is to add a friends name and to sign it with my name. I could not edit the email text at all.

      @Jeff – just sent you a compliment
      Seems to work fine.
Just type what you want in the body of the email
      Cheers

Eran, That was cool. Now I could type in whatever I wanted, but the very nice text of the compliment has gone. It would be nice if a person can have this nice complement there and would be able to send it as is or to modify, if they want to.
        Regards
        Jeff

Just add your text below the original message, it is editable.

That’s why we need the app :) it will be much easier, together with the daily reminder and 1000s of other exercises

Proper dental and oral hygiene is absolutely vital for both children and adults to
prevent bad breath, gingivitis, tooth decay and other issues.

Books and other multimedia are available for online viewing
and instant download. Leadership awards should include the position the recipient holds, the number of years
in that position, and a few words on what the
    recipients leadership accomplished.
